Default City of Windsor plans to transform University Avenue

I know downtown Windsor has its struggles, particularly in retail, but it's difficult to see how its future can't be bright, especially if it focuses on becoming more of a residential and pedestrian-friendly area.

It has huge assets in that it has the best views in Metro Detroit-Windsor and several lovely riverside parks lining the waterway. The whole stretch from the University to Walkerville should be gold mine. Go Windsor!
