Didn't Rocket bring back all their downtown workers last June? How did the number of workers downtown not shoot back up?

They, along with GM, DTE, etc. started returning them in stages and most are only 2-3 days per week.

Sadly the Mid is nowhere to be seen in this report. Perhaps it’s not part of the scope this report covers.

Looks like they're only counting M-F workers in this chart. A gross oversight IMHO since hybrid models may be here to stay for many employees.

The Mid wouldn't be covered by the map of the CBD they use on several pages. That location is decidedly not Downtown.

Very comprehensive list though! I hadn't known about the old Joe garage work. Seems strange to have a "transit hub" in an area that's incredibly inconvenient to access, even by car. I'll hold out hope that they eventually bury the lodge 100% between Cobo and WCCCD, reconnecting 3rd With Yzerman Drive.

i think midtown is beyond the scope of this report - lots of other WIPs and plans missing too [[AC Hotel, City Club midtown, the thing on Woodward/Stimson)... though i guess they're counting Brush Park as "downtown"

Another project not mentioned in the report. Crain's is reporting a tweak to the City Growth Partners plan for the East Riverfront project announced in 2018. The boutique hotel portion has been dropped in lieu of additional rental units. CGP is partnered with ODA who is working on the Book Tower.
