Default Fisher Building For Sale Again

Each time this goes up for sale I cross my fingers and hope it stays with a responsible owner. The current partnership put a lot of work into it. Are they just flipping it, or seeing the writing on the wall with Covid [[even though occupancy has gone way up since previous owner)?

The NYC based majority owners are having potential foreclosure issues on one of their NYC properties, and need money fast. From what I understand the PLATFORM folks [headed by Detroiter Peter Cummings, son-in-law of late Max Fisher] own about 1/3 of the property.

It will be interesting to see what the building sells for.
