For the upcoming June Historic District meeting two new developments in Corktown have been filed.

There is a development filling the large gap at 1628-1650 Bagley. It looks to be mostly for-sale townhomes and carriage homes.

The other project is from a developer who is rehabbing three historic buildings on Vermont Street. This development feels quite massive compared to the rather small historic homes.
