    Stephen, that was terrible. Right out of the days of 2400 baud dial-up. Either a problem with bad equipment or bad personale. You are not going to allow that to happen again are you?

    The technical problems weren't ours.

    It was trouble with servers in the City County Building, where Cockrel was working. Don't know whether it's old equipment or if they were just having problems today. But you're right, it was a little painful to watch.

    On the upside, Cockrel patiently answered most of the questions he was asked after the chat was over, and plans to send me an email with more answers this evening.We'll append them to the transcript.
