What is the name of the senior apartment building in Palmer Park...

I can't find the previous thread on Palmer Park apartments. There is a building with underground parking for seniors... What is the name please?
Also has the neighborhood improved regarding crime and livability?

From the Palmer Park Apartment Buildings Local Historic District report:

The Manor House Apartments at 660 Whitmore, designed by architect Paul Tildes and constructed in 1949 in the prevailing Modernistic style, has simple horizontal lines. It was built with enclosed porches with jalousie windows, a rooftop sun deck, and underground parking; it was the first to have a circular drive to the front entrance.
