But leave it to a few, Trump had nothing to do with it even if he HAS been inciting violence from day one.

Apparently this thing was quite a bit wider than our usual woods-running wannabe militia loons. According to the FBI this plot was hatched at two meetings of people from "several states" in Dublin OH near Columbus, where they discussed assassinating or kidnapping public officials. So, essentially terrorism bordering on armed insurrection.

The plot they hatched involved kidnapping Gov. Whitmer at her cottage. But it was bigger than that, since they were reportedly also planning an armed take over of the capital, kidnapping of other state officials, attacking police officers in their homes, and attacking Michigan State Police facilities.

Thank goodness this terrorist insanity was stopped. But the wider conspiracy aspect of this situation is extremely concerning. Especially since this kind of thing has essentially been cheerlead by the totally irresponsible statements and unhinged tweetstorms of that man in the White House.

Mentioning the Weather Underground is timely because Susan Rosenberg was released by Bill Clinton after serving 16 years for her role in a plan to bomb the U.S. Capitol. Somehow she is now on the board of Thousand Currents which handles BLM donations and presumably protects BLM from lawsuits for the 7% of peaceful protests that turn violent. Maybe these would be Wolverine Militia kidnappers will have a bright future on boards handling millions of dollars too. My guess is that they weren't smart enough to even carry out a kidnapping.

90% of arrested protestors in Portland have had their charges dropped against them. Now we will never know if they were left wing rioters or bugaloo types like the Wolverine Militia trying to start a civil war. My guess is that they were left wing because the SCLC which keeps tabs on violent groups said that Bugaloos wear Hawaiian shirts. If the FBI finds Hawaiian shirts in militia members' closets, it's a closed case.

GOP supporters have lost all credibility. This was obviously a bunch of right-wing hillbillies upset that they couldn't go to the gym and had to wear a mask while thousands of Michiganders die.

Domestic Terrorist is a new word that was thought up in order to increase the penalty in a court of law,one can call them what ever they want they are still radicals.

In this case with the governor,they did or alleged to do nothing different then what has already been done in the past.

The question is what clicks in ones mind that takes them to that place.
