I'm still astounded by the alley/ abandoned homes where rapes take place this time of year. WTF kind of monsters can perform anything under these conditions?
I'm talking 80 year old women on a grocery run and 14 year old girls on the way to school.
Is there anyway to find out these people before hand ?
