    Default Future Projects Rendering

Random Q here, but has anyone created a model/layout of what downtown will look like with all the announced and pending projects? I would love to see how it all comes together.

There was once a time that some of us obsessed over an orange highlighter thinking it was a building.... https://www.detroityes.com/mb/showth...sibility/page2

This was made before bedrock decided to deliver the bad news of a small tower. Still pretty neat.

I haven't heard it referred to as a "small tower," just that it may no longer be the tallest.

The last thing we heard was that it might not be the tallest. Here's the quote, from the Bedrock spokesperson, after what was kind of a leading question: “Do I think it’s going to be half the size?” he said of the tower. “My gut reaction is probably not. Is it going to be the tallest building? Possibly… Until we settle with an operator, it’s just going to be very difficult to project what that final height is going to be."
