New Housing coming to District Detroit

Hint...it's not being developed by Ilitch, but it would seem to fit their vision for 'Cass Park Village'.

Something tells me that a homeless shelter for drug addicts was not part of the Ilitichs' vision. Or maybe they misplaced the letter of support from Olympia/Red Wings/LC at the end of the .pdf.

Joking aside, this looks to be a good, well-considered project that will be good for their residents and good for midtown.

Let me guess. The proposed Cass Park Village may be built on the corner of Third and M.L.K. Blvd. formally known as Detroit's Skid Row. So that's why a new drug rehab center is being built on Mack and Gratiot Ave.
