    Unfortunately this is just a partial recovery of what was a much larger percentage loss in Detroit than the rest of the country.

    That's my take as well.

    And all signs suggest that's about as good as it's going to get for the Detroit area in the forseeable future.

    Especially, with most economic analysts predicting a downturn, in the near future. As history shows, it's inevitable I guess.
