So, if I'm reading you correctly, you're saying the original photo, since the story broke, has been manipulated, to provoke more "racist" outrage [[white cop in a superior position dragging a poor black man hog-tied through the streets) and gather even more "clicks"? Fair assessment?

A friend brought it to my attention that only the male officer was initially mentioned [[including his name, not hers) and that the woman was cropped out.

I've also heard locally that her presence makes the whole incident less blunt.

Yea,people fail to recognize that in every large organization there will always be a percentage of bad apples,it’s a numbers thing.

We hold LEO to a higher standard of accountability and judge them as a whole but sometimes we forget about our own bad apples thrown into the mix.

^^ Because it leaves a 1000lb horse not under full control, and a mentally ill suspect in direct contact with the officer. If something happens the partner is handling two horses and would likely have difficulty offering assistance. Again, these mounted officers had been trained to do this because it's safest for everyone involved.

At least one of those officers left the 1000lb horse unattended, and put himself in direct contact with the suspect when he handcuffed and leashed him.

Through the lawyer the family had no response,looks like somebody was looking for a payday.

The suspect has 8 children and has been living in the streets for at least the past 90 days.

The family did little until they saw a payday,then retains a lawyer,how come they did not retain professional help before it came on the taxpayers backs,how does he support the 8 children?

It sounds like they had already taken his medical condition in to account until they were forced not to.
