Default Welcome to the 'Can Joe Biden Win?' Discussion

Biden is changing his strategies and talking points [[ditching the far left socialist rhetoric yaking etc). Trumps incessant tweet responding, bombastic style, and failing on his promise to deal with the borders...? Well even some of the middle and indies may be waning in supporting him.

Presidential hopeful Biden may be stronger than once thought as he runs towards the middle [[as appose to Sander's, AOC and the like).

Anyone notice a change in style and or what he is saying??

As top choice of “the infallible one” to be his veep for eight years and his circa 50 years of experience “delivering” for the voters, he Is a shoo-in to be our next President.

The notion that Biden was ever far left - or even center-left - is utterly absurd. He's another corporatist jack ass whose policies have always been well to the right of Eisenhower.

^^^ I agree! He was doing the 'in crowd' scene [[In reference to what he was SAYING), not who he may be.

Most politicians talk a good game, yet have lives and policies in place quite different for themselves.

I see he's laid off on that corny/ phony [[especially from him) anti-white man rhetoric seeing that he needs THAT voting segment.

Someone's feeding him new talking points and positions.

Trump's out the door if he continues his!

No. It's 2016 all over again. The DNC wants to pre-anoint a winner without letting the primaries play out. Right now, I don't believe Biden has the support Sanders has. If the DNC cheats again and/or uses super delegates to go against the will of the people, they will lose in the general election again.

Just when you think Pelosi is crazy out pops Warren and shows you there are at least another 50 levels of crazy still advailable.

She is another one, lives in a 5 million dollar house with a net worth of 18 million and pushes for everything free.

Professor at Harvard with a Salary of over $400,000 a year, notice she did not take a lower salary so she could make room for some one to have free collage.

Free college for everybody,as long as the little people pay for it and not the ones campaigning for it.

Nothing worse then a self reformed Republican turned Democrat.

    now that’s hilarious

Three days later the New York Post cited “one insider” who says Lewinsky had in fact told the grand jury about the cigar, and when Clinton was asked about it, he had to take an hour’s break.

    https://slate.com/news-and-politics/...gar-story.html

kinda makes you wonder what he did on the break.

Jeez, I'll be so glad when all this bullshit is over, no matter who goes to or stays in the White House. At least it will be relatively quiet for a couple of years until the race for 2024 starts.

Lol you mean like it was after the current president took office? If it is this bad now, what do you think is going to happen when/if he wins a second term?

The only positive aspect would be if the people that said they were going to leave the country actually followed through.

At the end of the day that is what it boils down to,people actually doing what they say they are going to do,everything else is hot air.

A women stabbed herself 3 times because she was distraught over the current president, the days of normality are long gone.

^^^ That's alot of power and honor to give over to any politician.

And this coming from an older person [[not the very young). The self stabbing emblematic of alot of things going on there, I'm thinking.

I stand by my earlier statement. Especially since his behavior and speeches are continuing to be erratic and bizarre. Shame on the DNC for promoting this nonsense that Biden is more "electable" than Sanders. If he gets shoved in, people will stay home in droves just like 2016.

So, what happens? They attack Biden.
The attacks against Biden are ramping up, and it is almost all centered around his inability to give a speech without messing up in a notable and often embarrassing way. He is being called “too old” and not sound of mind. These attacks are coming from people who want Warren to be the nominee. However, they don’t touch Sanders because they know that they risk alienating a base they need supercharged going into 2020.

Like they say,Bernie is an independent latching on to the Democratic Party ,they have no qualms about throwing him under the bus because he has no loyalty to the DNC.

    The take away?
"People will accept anything as true if it confirms their beliefs—regardless of whether a video, image or narrative has obviously been manipulated."

I'm not talking about obviously fake pictures, I am talking about the word salad that comes out of Biden's mouth at live events. Something is wrong and he needs to drop out.
