When I was stationed there we used to get drunk and crash out on the beach overnight with never a worry,they rolled up the streets at 5.

Reasons are only in the mind of the shooter which we will never know but on the other hand there was 44 gang related shootings last weekend in Chicago and nobody bats an eye,it’s like when it happens someplace where we do not expect it,then it becomes relevant.
