If you are so stupid to believe the idiocy, and yes, Russian propaganda, that says MMR vaccinations aren't safe, before you insist it is your right to choose not to vaccinate yourself or your children...

Your or your children's totally preventable measles germs are especially dangerous for babies. If infected with measles they are by far at the greatest risk of grave consequences and even death. Meanwhile, they can't be protected until they are at least one year old. They don't have a choice.

If you insist that's your right does society have the right to protect our babies from the grave danger you present by banning you from schools, parks, stores, hospitals, planes, and every other public place? It seems perhaps we do.
