I'm actually more offended by his constant 'sign of the cross' routines during his political speeches, and I like the guy. One pundit actually claimed this scrutiny was the result of Biden announcing his candidacy late in the game. We get 10 times the info and exposure, yet we need two years to decide ? What garbage ! He should have waited another 3 - 6 months to announce.

Personally, I don't like anyone violating the '18 inch rule' around my personal space. Years ago I worked with plenty of women Biden's age that thought this was acceptable too, and in their day it was. Touch the arm, the hand, a stroke across the neck. It's good he was called out, but unless he 'grabbed someone by the puddy cat' or pulled a Harvey, he'll survive.

Things are changing fast on both the political and social landscapes. Even President Trump should be wary of the power of the female and young in 2020. Alienate them at your own risk.

^^^ To be safe, professionally, I'd stick with hand shakes, waves and nods - male to female, female to male, gender-based, non-binary, same-sex, whatever.

Leave the other [[hugs etc.) to family, loved ones or very close friends you trust.

This is all starting to border on insanity.

The guy was Vice President for 8 years and nobody said boo and now all of the sudden he is a pervy overnight?

    Somebody has an agenda.

A claim from 9 years ago? What was she in a coma for the last 9 years and just now waking up?

I guess nobody Hispanic,Italian,Arab and any other person from a culture where a greet is a quick hug and a kiss on the cheek.

Definitely no french,so that would leave any male virgin over the age of 35 that has spent thier entire life in a monastery running for President.

The me too movement collapsed anyways because they could not even see eye to eye with in thier own group, let alone some nasty male person that all males are.Thier credibility is pretty much nil about now.

The young voters are easy to manlipulate, just promise them a bunch of free stuff, throw in a few evil corporations are the cause of your worries and promise to save the world and they will be eating out of your hand.

I do not care who it is,socialist wanna-be,Democrat or republican if somebody has an issue they need to address it at the time it happens and not 10 years later when it becomes convenient.

The safest route is just do not deal with women in buisness or politics, they can find a husband to speak for them.

So I guess the saying a** gas or grass is no longer acceptable?

^ it is called sarcasm, but I do have to be careful with what I post,I may want to run for President in 2024 after Trumps next term then some of you may be all over CNN with interviews.

3 more have come forward for a total of 7,none of them are saying that anything was of a sexual nature just personal space violations.

The writer interviewed on CBS said in 2012 it was her and her husband talking to Biden at an event, his hand was on her shoulder then dropped down to her waist, she did not think it was sexual just creepy.

It is interesting how some dwell on things,it is kinda like talking to somebody with bad breath, you take a step back and 5 minutes later it is forgotten and your not running home to document the date and time.

    I think it’s obama.

When he heard Joe was going to run he realized that because of the weirdos running he would easily win the nomination and have to defend obama’s record in public debates with Trump.

So he got “friends” to spread the #MeToo information, and as an insurance policy he’s got Whoopi to say she hopes Joe doesn’t stop smelling and kissing women’s hair.

If this fails he will come out himself and support him.

    ^^^That's fairly Machiavellian... Hah!

    Hey, stranger things have happened.

Biden vs. Trump? Ugh, I don't think he'd present well. The 'weirdos' [[smile) seem a bit more hail for that task.

And Biden's worn out the self-loathing coin.

Naw,there is still a majority of women that can see through the BS,unfortunately it is like anything else where a small minority makes everybody as a whole look bad.

Fortunately there is a majority of males that use common sense and can respect that.

The problem lies with identifying between the two,Maybe me-toos should continue to wear woman parts on thier heads as everyday apparel while the rest just continue on,easily identifiable.

Brave new world indeed, for everyone, increasingly. Use common sense people.

And no, I don't need a 'hat' group already so divided/ splintered: ala the extreme third, fourth-wave vs. the transgendered vs. the traditional fems, etc., ETC. vying for status along the intersectionality tract, etc. Umm, no.

And they wonder why the percentage of black women is dwindling at their marches? Answer: the movement increasingly does not represent the values and views of many black woman, full out, or every woman of any race for that matter. And sorry that you [[the extreme feminists) assumed you did!

I support many of the advances made for women relative to the women's rights, but there's a few roads they're now going down, I can't follow.

Biden gives a shoulder rub and is raked over the coals; Al Franken did a stupid prank 40 yrs ago and gets forced out. Others brag about their exploits with married women and under-aged girls and sit home and eat cheeseburgers. Hmmm

It’s agenda based, there are plenty of photos out there of Biden doing the same thing with men,but yet no men have come forward with an invasion of private space claim.

I have only seen the one interview as posted on CBS and she said that she was an independent, but I still feel that as a published writer it is hard to believe that she can only find her voice now.

She had the media platform back then, even more so then anybody else.

There are a couple of other states where newly elected Democrats are being charged with alleged sexual misconduct from the past, why wait all of these years, most were public officials all along and to wait until they are elected to bring it up?

I still think there is an internal war going on within the dem party,a coup of sorts.

^ ha now we find out what is happening.

Justice Democrats, a progressive PAC that helped elect Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez [[D., N.Y.), launched a new website Thursday aimed at bucking the policy of the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee [[DCCC) to protect incumbent Democrats from primary challengers.

    https://freebeacon.com/politics/just...ng-incumbents/

The DCCC is counterattacking the Cortez’s of the future.

I am thinking if it gets to the point of the progressive party controlling the Democratic Party a lot of conservative Democrats, that have common sense anyways, will turn Republican.

You will not see the likes of Elizabeth Warren playing the hatchet man against Biden, they will stoke the flames in the background and allow the media to take it from there.

Cortez is easy on the eyes for a change. Not many in the Congress are. Most have the opposite effect. So she talks dumb, those were a lot of fun. She brings back happy memories. There’s no harm. She’s like an entertainer.

^^^ Yeah but one day she'll be ready for real action and ascension. Or a shared power base with someone else. Hah!

Her handlers will school her on avoiding future big gaffs. There'll be less direct errors, like her take on Roosevelt's terms in office [[a few sessions with the History Channel re-runs could have thwarted that).

The extremes brought forth in response to/ spring boarding from Trump admin are not going to go away.

The agenda for their brand of social change is long term.

Though for now there is a certain entertainment factor, I suppose.

Even beyond the creepy touching and hair sniffing, his track record on the issues is not great. He won't be peeling off any of the Sanders voters and the middle of the road people have plenty of other candidates to pick from. Just stay home Joe.

Yep and anytime somebody is getting thrown under the bus you can bet she is also slithering around in the background.

She proably likes Cortez’s ideas because they usually end up with the wealthy at the top while everybody else remains equally poor.

Cortez may be easy on the eyes to some but like the saying goes- For every beautiful woman there is somebody tired of her crap,it would appear that it is wearing thin in the party.

According to CBSN last night, which may or may not be true,Trump carried 60% of the vote in his home state.

If it is creepy to like the smell of women’s hair, why do they sell scented shampoos or even perfumes unless they are trying to mask another, who does one actually try to smell good for?

I must be creepy,I like women to smell like women, the whole woman wearing Old Spice is kind of a put off.

Or maybe we are not supposed to view women in a feminine way anymore and just view them as just one of the guys and greet them with a dumb a** fist bump.

Don't you have to be pretty darn close to someone to smell their hair shampoo/ conditioner? Not a good idea outside of an intimate relationship.
