Ugh, whenever Keffalinos gets a building, I become more disappointed for the building. At least he doesn't tear them down, but vacant buildings do no good.

Horrible!!! Dennis Kellifinos does not rehab all of his properties. He is the biggest scumbag slumlord in Detroit!

I have mixed feelings about Keffalinos. Stories say his buildings don't get improved much. On the other hand, his buildings don't get torn down.

Archfan... I agree 100%... he operates mainly on the cheap... as far as fixing things up go... but there would likely be a lot more parking lots downtown if it weren't for him. I view him more as a temporary caretaker until people withdeep pockets are interested in his buildings.

I heard he is interested in selling the Michigan Building. Hoping for the best for where DetroitYES HQ is located.
