Maybe I should stop buying hothouse tomatoes and Costco yoghurt from Canada or that might be taken as somehow supporting everything Justin Trudeau says and otherwise being a "hypocrite".
The fair analogy to your personal choices would be if you disparaged eating Canadian Yoghurt as akin to slavery and socialist and then went out and bought it cause a craving hit you.

Or perhaps to align it more with culinary terminology.......if you said eating tomatoes from Ontario is awful because they are bad for your health and they taste awful; then you went out and bought some the next month.

The issue is not whether you buy yogurt or tomatoes or where from, nor whether you pay cash, debit, credit or use your socialist tomato-buying cooperative to do it for you! LOL

Likewise, the issue is not Mr. Rand coming to Canada for his healthcare; its that he purchased it from a provider he implied was enslaved and could not work as he/she would wish on whom he/she would wish and would not provide quality care.

Mr. Rand's appearance here is not an endorsement of socialized medicine per se; that's not the nature of his hypocrisy.

Its that his appearance here establishes [[what Canadians already knew) which is that our doctors aren't enslaved, can perform procedures as they see fit, for whom they wish.

Things Mr. Rand has stated/suggested/implied were not so.

I must have missed the quote in which Rand Paul said that [[Canadian) doctors are enslaved. Please provide. I don't care what you imagine he implied in an offhand committee meeting about his personal feelings in 2011. I think we are running round in circles. Suffice it to say you believe he meant that somehow that is what he meant as you put it in your OP, "Its slavery he said! Its socialism! I disagree short of your providing a Ran Paul quote more specific involving the word "Canada" to tie your argument together such as it is.

A jury has awarded him over $500,000 in damages for the neighbor incident, bet he could not have received that in Canada.

Completely and utterly irrelevant to this thread.

That's a good chunk of change. What was the "incident"? Why was he awarded the money?

Paul was tackled last Friday afternoon by his neighbor of 17 years, breaking six of his ribs and bruising his lungs. Casual southern Kentucky neighbor dispute.

I am guessing that his neighbor was a member of the party that sees voilence as the solution when they do not get their way.

Hilarious! I suppose it could have been worse, Boucher could have kicked him in the jewels. This part is good:

"Police charged Boucher with fourth-degree assault and the FBI is looking into whether the assault amounts to a federal crime. Local station WAVE 3 Newsreported that the FBI is also looking into whether the attack was politically motivated. If convicted on current charges, Boucher could face a year in jail or a maximum $500 fine."

I bet Pelosi gets him off.

What makes you think he wouldn't?

Granted, I was thinking that it would probably be like the UK with a national heath care situation judgments are limited because the medical aspect is removed.

    1) I have no such agenda. I have never advocated that.

    2) This thread is not about any agenda, its about hypocrisy.

    3) A legal judgement in civil case in on way bears on this thread. It has nothing to do with healthcare or hypocrisy.

    At all. Period. Full Stop

This is why you are irrelevant.

But you will not, no matter how politely asked, or how often asked stay on topic!

Clearly you raised the issue for the sole purpose of trying to insult Canada, and by way of that me.

Now I don't want to insult you again, so get off my thread and stay off it.

Is that a new fad or something with the whole “ full stop” thing? Or is that just highly educated speak.

    Does it replace,whatever.

What is it with you and taking everything as an insult to Canada? Hard time dealing with constructive criticism? eh

Sense starting a thread gives you exclusive control rights over its content and you own the rights to it,I will digress ... or maybe not.

are igloos really that energy efficient? Do they melt in the summer months, how do you fit the moose through the little tunnel of an entry way?

What if you bring them in at the start of the winter and they grow bigger and you cannot get out?

Do you think Rand Paul’s children get school lunches?

    Happy now?
