Strong mixed income neighborhoods with retail districts that suits the income of the neighborhoods. Remaining alley ways that run throughout the east side and Westside converted into walkways and bike trails such as the alley behind Shinola Hotel and the Z garage. Vacant lots along busy avenues such Gratiot, Grand River, Michigan, etc converted into plazas for neighborhood festivals and events. Reopen neighborhood schools

Detroit has a LOT of great people willing to "create".
The city has to find a way to empower and endorse this mentality.
