First off, I didn't 'Cherry Pick' that phrase implies looking around very specifically for one thing, to the exclusion of all the others.

In point of fact, yours was the last post in the thread, making it rather blatantly obvious.

That they the way is how posting threads typically work, you respond to the most recent post, not one from 2 weeks prior [[in most cases).

But please notice that in your reply you again condescended to Canada.

This is not uncharacteristic of you, you're rude.

I'm still not insulting the United States, only you.

I don't fault the entire country for you, just your parents, who clearly didn't raise you right.

Learn how to behave in public. You can disagree without resorting to insults, personal or national.

Note that you didn't address my solution to the caravan; you know, the on-topic, relevant to the thread part.

Try to be a useful poster, or please stop posting. People like you really demean the entire experience of Detroit Yes, which is supposed to be an exchange of views and information; not insults.

If you can manage polite, constructive posts, be assured, I will not be the one to lower the tone.

Well that was my last free view.

“I’m 40 and nobody is going to give me work because of my age,” she said, sitting in the shade of the central plaza in this small town of ranchers. “We are looking for work. Pardon me, but the gringo doesn’t want to work. It’s rare to find a gringo that wants to work.”

Funny I see lots of gringos that want and do work without fleeing thier country.

The other two that she was traveling with were already here and deported once, they already know once they get to the border they will already be in the system and not allowed re-entry so thier intent is to enter the country illegally again.

I didn't bother, just like you, reading your whole dissertation. No offense to you, but your either you're blind, slow, or just plain refuse to acknowledge, what's been going on. Secondly, I really don't need someone, the likes of you, preaching to me, how and what I should be posting. I don't recall anyone appointing you hall monitor. Kindly save your criticism for your abusive little Canadian friend. Thanx for visiting.

They have obviously heard about the booming economy and excellent living conditions in our inner cities in America.

That is messed up,I can imagine that somewhere in a city like Chicago where a parent has lost a child to violence has little empathy to thier plight.

Send me some of that unquota’d Government cheese instead. Socialism never got off that far in Canada. We need some apples and cheese to feed our abused kids.

You say 'no offense' before rhyming off a string of insults.

    I take offense.

I'm fully aware of what's going on; and if you had read my post you would have noted that I am in favour of tackling illegal immigration. I simply propose something ethical that would actually work, rather than something immoral that changes nothing.

Secondly, I really don't need someone, the likes of you....
The likes of me? Do tell? Another Canada slag?

No one appointed you poster either.

I most certainly vote against that.

So what is pro america? Open borders and flood the country with poor until we burst at the seams?

Who's organizing this caravan? Feeding and watering them? Why do they carry flags of the country they are fleeing with them? I guess they are just patriotic.

^ to them that is about the jist of it,the more poor they have the more they can feed them rhetoric about the evil rich keeping them poor and it is thier right to have everything for free, and they are the saviors,in order to get the votes then it becomes wash rinse and repeat.

We see 50 years of evidence of that within every inner city in the country.

In the past two years lots of federal programs have been created to encourage advanced education and opportunities, that pisses them off so now they have to look for replacement plebs, thier answer is open borders.

An unlimited supply of those looking for the promised land, until they get here and fall into the trap, then it is to late.

They become the new crowd staring up at the podium while being told, trust us we will give you a better life, the check is in the mail, sign here.

So do you think that with him opening up the US dairy market there you guys can actually let a little spill over to your school children?

Maybe that’s why the immigrant train does not want to pass through up to liberal Canada, because they know thier little kids will still be starving in school much like the third world country that they left.

Hate to break it to you but Trump is the least of your worries, you got bigger fish to fry,or smaller mouthes to feed,at least you can now sit back and get stoned to numb the guilt.

And that you can come here have contempt for the nation, yet acquire all of our legal, social services and health care. What a deal!

HECK! Make's me want to come. Wait I'm all ready here! My fore parents by way of ship -- kinda of forced invitation!

See here's the deal, IMO, withstanding Trump et al [[nationalism as defined solely as white supremacy), are open borders advantageous for the US?

And if so, so gains from it at the top? And who will suffer at the bottom?

Work it out from those answers [[away from the hate Trump mind-set) and you know where you stand.

These core questions should also include asking objectively to is it good for you, your city, your country, your community.

And if it [[open borders) is so advantageous, why are other countries not practicing it in masse? And what of the countries who have?

What is the full agenda of those who desire full open borders for the US?

Can we ask those question outside of the accusation that to do is agreeing with, and endorsing DT to do so???

I really don't think so now. So frig it, let everyone in!

We'll realize our mistakes later, beyond our current POTUS.

Border Patrol warns landowners about "armed civilians" possibly entering their property as militias pledge to head to the border.

Somebody also once said “ I love the smell of napalm in the morning”

Is Canada going to send aircraft and compassionately accept thier plight up there?

You guys are lucky, nobody is tripping over themselves to crash your borders,or maybe not so much luck, more so preference.

I am sure Tru-duh would be right there with plenty of cool aid for them to drink.

These guys have not even made it to the border yet or even applied for asylum and they are already suing the US government for violation of thier constitutional rights.

    They are already costing taxpayers

    https://www.foxnews.com/politics/mig...utional-rights

A dozen migrants traveling by foot from Honduras to the U.S. to seek asylum filed a class-action lawsuit Thursday against President Trump, the Department of Homeland Security and others, claiming a violation of their due process under the Fifth Amendment.

How come they did not put up that fight in thier own country to make it a better place, instead of running.

^^^ That kind of hubris, guts and nerves [[if true - once in while 'fizz news' gets it right) comes from knowing that a world-view and system awaits that encourages one to bite the very hand that feeds. Nothing new.

What I don't get is that some on the far left claim how much they wish to help minorities and other oppressed groups [[such as African-Americans). Yet, championing the dissolving of our borders.

Thus, creating even more competition and erosion of our resources?

But I guess your a deplorable and voted for trump to question any of this. You're mean, not loving -- xenophobic et 'all'.
