Notice how nice the UN-painted woodwork looks on the second floor.

Nice job on the Reno though but why the cheap white PVC P traps on the bathroom sinks,chrome ones are not that expensive.

Nice looking work on the boiler in the photos. You don’t see that on every flip. It appears whoever it was put the money in where it really matters.
