What's happening at 2540 Rosa Parks?

The building at the north corner of Rosa parks and the Lodge Service Drive has recently been renovated and had a tall fence constructed all the way around it. Anyone know what it is?

I thought maybe residential, but they kept the large parking lot around the building. And I'm guessing it won't be a restaurant either since the tall fence blocks all views of the building.

That's a bit unfortunate of an outcome though. Looks like they did a really good job with the renovation. I expected something a little more exciting. Thanks for the info ndavies!
