Default Gasper Fiore - The Tow King

Bribery and Corruption seem to be rampant all around.
Fiore was indicted in 2016 in a public corruption investigation in Macomb County that has so far ensnared 18 individuals, including garbage executive Chuck Rizzo Jr., who is serving 5½ years in prison for bribery and fraud.

Federal court in Port Huron is awaiting the Gasper Fiore finale. The Detroit tow king will be sentenced at 1 p.m. for his role in the Macomb corruption scandal

Looks like Fiore gets to spend 21 months on the wrong side of the fence. IMO it should be much longer! This guy probably made millions of these contracts, and will do less time than a man that robs a gas station for $50.

Any lawyers out there? I'm curious, since these crooked bribe-paying scumbags like Fiore, Rizzo and others have admitted to using illegal means to secure many of their contracts. Would those competitors that lost/never received these contracts have a case in suing them for the loss of income?

This clown basically got a slap on the wrist. He should be able to do 21 months, standing on his head, get out, and pick up where he left off. The Justice system is a freaking joke. Just Us. SMDH....

    They're saying he's chirping and therefore a light sentence. I don't agree with it....once a crook, always a crook.

I wonder what else he spoke about to the Feds.
Metro Detroit needs to be cleaned up, turn a new leaf, be decent again.

Twenty one months does seem awfully light. There should be a lower ring in hell=an additional penalty for corrupting public officials. The reason being that it does the additional damage of undermining trust in government. Even Norman Shy corrupter of the 12 DPS principles got five years. 14 To Be Charged In DPS Corruption Case

Even worse with the deputy police chief, that is a slap in the face to the officers who put thier lives on the line every day and doing the right thing.

Funny how the common denominator is do not say anything on the phone, but yet it is always the idiots talking on the phone and then crying for deals with their own stupidity.

Slap on the wrist just like the Beaumont deal. Made millions. Most of the pricks know it’s worth the risk even if they get caught! The business gets passed to another family member and just picks up where he left off.
