    Default Inspection company

    Hi all. I put in an offer on a loft and in the event the offer is accepted, I will need it inspected. Can anyone recommend an inspection company that specializes in old buildings converted to lofts?

    No advice on loft inspector, but I'd recommend that you also get your real estate agent to contact the city building department and review the records [[or do yourself). You would want to know if the asset has an occupancy permit, for example.
