Good question. How about taking a hard look at other states and see what works?

There are only 49 states where they pay less for auto insurance.

Cheat, copy or steal the ideas but getting Michigan out of the top 10 most expensive states to purchase auto insurance is a needed no brainer for the Lansing idiots to be working on now.
