    Default Partial Parking structure collapse at 1400 Woodbridge

    The former site for Crain's Detroit many years ago-- now a general office building.

    Yipes. This is rather alarming. I used to work at this building some years ago, for a different nonprofit. I'm glad that no humans were around to be injured.

    I remember reading a few months ago that a Planet Fitness was due to lease out space here in the lower levels for one of their gyms. I wonder how this will affect plans.

    So a couple of things on this: I have NEVER seen anyone from the City to a safety inspection of a parking garage. The owner put black top on the roof. That tells me there was concrete deterioration and they went the cheap route to cover it up.
