Default North Corktown one of Detroit's worst neighborhoods?

I'm skeptical that "North Corktown" [[north of Michigan Boulevard, on the same side of the road as the Tiger Stadium site) has been mentioned in Detroit's ten worst areas...

The area between I-75 and MLK is pretty bad; this area used to be corktown fully but it became north corktown after the construction of I-75.

It used to be called the Briggs Neighborhood before it was called N. Corktown

North Corktown mostly looks empty. It seems to be mostly urban prairie through most of the area.

Stupid YouTube clickbait crap. You can tell the guy doesn't know what he's talking about from what he says at the very beginning [[nice visuals though, wonder where he swiped those from?). North Corktown [[Briggs) is in rough shape, to be sure, but it's just pretty much like a lot of the rest of the city. There are plenty of areas on the east side that are "worse", but those areas don't have handy names that goofy videomakers can use.

The people ruined the neighborhood, not the highway.
