Any updates on the GAR building downtown?

Has this building now been fully utilized and tenanted [[if that's possible) or is it still in a state of uncertainty and flux?

The GAR is restored, with two restaurants, an event space and the Mindfield offices. They documented the restoration here.

My good friend and premier film editor Stewart Shevin has his Running With Scissors office in the third floor turret.


The GAR is fully occupied. Across Grand River, DTE's Beacon Park is blossoming, with a full list of events and being dubbed as a second Campus Martius.
