    This is crazy. Some of the folks in black robes are 'judgement' askew... How was this allowed!

    Maryland shooting suspect, often arrested [[42 arrests), rarely convicted [[kills three-injures four)

    I am thinking that the ones he was providing information to had more power then local LEO,with the public photo his lifespan is probably limited outside of protected custody.
