Where to find E Taylors Elmoor Subdivision?

Looking for ideas/info on where to find old pics and info on a particular building in Detroit. Have tried google, which did provide some info. The area I am looking in is referred to in the Wayne county tax info is, E TAYLORS ELMOOR SUBDIVISION.

Thought someone here might have or know some information about this area, thanks.
