I'm glad Tulsi called out Clinton's corruption and warmongering but HELL No does anyone want Clinton in the race. Why doesn't she go retire to some island somewhere?

^^^ What? Do you want to thwart Mrs. Clinton's natural ascension to the place of president?

That IS her destiny. After all!

Tulsi isn't letting up on Hillary. She made a campaign commercial addressing Hillary to differentiate her foreign policy from Hillary's. I am restraining myself from linking to Tulsi Gabbard workout videos.

Tulsi Gabbard seems to be too far down in the polls to be the nominee but it would be good if she bring foreign policy and interventionism into the discussion so other candidates could position themselves along the Hillary/Tulsi axis.

    Bye bye Beto

Funny how polls had him double digits over Trump when he only had 1% of the vote.

At the top of the list: former Rep. Beto O’Rourke, who beats Trump by 10 points, 52% to 42%.

CNN had it wrong in 2016 and in 2019 they still have it wrong.

40 of the past 48 years Kentucky has been run by a Democrat what exactly is Beshear going to do different that they could not do in the last 40 years?

All of the other positions that make things get done are run by republicans so all it really is,is a token win.

Literally the most powerful position in the entire state and the only one that matters at the national level, but sure, a "token" win. Whatever makes you feel better.

Right kinda like the powerful dem governors on California that created either rich or poor and living in the streets?

Governors are not all powerful or run dictatorships,it’s a bit more complicated then that.

Your powerful governor said she was going to fix the potholes, how is that going?

Obama warns Democrats against going too far left: ‘We have to be rooted in reality’

    From Article:

    • Former President Barack Obama on Friday warned Democratic primary candidates to avoid moving too far left in their policy proposals.
    • “Even as we push the envelope and we are bold in our vision we also have to be rooted in reality,” Obama said. “The average American doesn’t think we have to completely tear down the system and remake it.”
    • Obama’s comments, made to the Democracy Alliance in Washington D.C., come as a large spread of candidates compete in the Democratic primary.
    • The former president has mostly stayed quiet about the election, and has told allies that he and his wife have no plans to endorse anyone because they don’t want to influence the election.

By allowing the progressive socialists to infiltrate the Democratic Party they have become thier own worst enemy, the only thing left is to chase shadows.

Obama should just be honest and say he does not see any credible candidates that he would feel comfortable in supporting, based on the last election it would appear that thier level of influence is a bit on the nill side.

The Obama comment was good advice. It was more about pretending not to be so radical so as not to scare away voters. It was not to retreat from radical positions.

I came across an article making the point that Pete Buttigieg has taken the lead in Iowa and New Hampshire by pivoting to the middle by triangulating and wedging himself between Hillary/Biden and Bernie/Warren.

"That’s what Bill Clinton delivered to them in 1992 and what Barack Obama gave them in 2008: a radical leftist who’s going to nationalize healthcare and destroy the economy with a raft of Soviet-style command-and-control regulations over the “environment” and pretty much every other facet of our lives, but who looks and sounds like just a guy who you’d like to have a drink with at the local bar or, as in Preacher Pete’s case, the harmless Jehovah’s Witness who knocks on your door and wants to talk to you about his vision of what God actually is."

Peter does, in fact, reference Bible stories.

Has anyone noticed that Buttigieg looks like Dukakas?

As the Trump impeachment rolls forward the dem pile of candidates continue to fight!

Kamala Harris and Pete Buttigieg brand Tulsi Gabbard a Democratic traitor who met Syria's Assad as 2020 Democratic debate turns nasty....

    • The fifth Democratic debate kicked off at 9pm EST Wednesday in Atlanta, Georgia
    • The candidates participating were: Joe Biden, Cory Booker, Pete Buttigieg, Tulsi Gabbard, Kamala Harris, Amy Klobuchar, Bernie Sanders, Tom Steyer, Elizabeth Warren and Andrew Yang
    • Harris attacked Gabbard as a traitor to the Democratic party accusing her of 'buddying up' to Steve Bannon and spending 'four years on Fox News criticizing President Obama'
    • Buttigieg later went head-to-head with Gabbard - a fellow veteran - over ways to handle foreign policy
    • Candidates were attempting to steal back the spotlight after public marathon impeachment hearings dominated the news cycle the last two weeks
    • Buttigieg earned the No. 1 spot with 25 per cent support in two recent polls in the respective states, bypassing frontrunners Elizabeth Warren, Joe Biden and Bernie Sanders
