    Default The Ashton - 12-Story Condos - 2019 Completion [[Howard St. & 3rd Avenue)

    Now we're beginning to talk with the high rises, especially on the west side of downtown.

    This project apparently has financial backing, so there's a good chance of it happening [[provided the economy doesn't go to shit). The scheduled groundbreaking is imminent.

    It should be mentioned, the floor count was increased by 1 [[originally, this was going to be 11 stories).
