Default March of Dimes Walk-a-Thon route

Does anybody know what route the March of Dimes Walk-a-Thon took? I know it started at the Belle Isle Casino, went west on Jefferson thru downtown, then west on Michigan to Tiger Stadium. Where did the route go after Tiger Stadium is what I am looking for. Thanks!

I'm going to have to look for one of the old forms with the map on it. Used to do it every year back in the 70's, and it was a good event to get autographs from local celebs. I was able to get Gordie's and Charlie Sanders as well. I became disillusioned when i was walking up to a checkpoint to get my form stamped to prove i walked the whole route when a limo pulled up, Mr. Belvedere jumped out and got his stamped, and he got back in and rode to the next checkpoint, and I'm assuming he did this for the whole route. lol.
