    "With Restaurants, it's location, location, location." Yet popular Rose's Fine Food has thrived in an improbable location amid the vacant lots of East Jefferson.

    Now its creators are about to spawn a new restaurant, called Wilda's in the recently renovated Woodward Grand building at SE corner of Woodward and E. Grand Blvd. in New Center. And, of course, the Qline effect is being cited.

    You're right, it isn't anymore. It was when Lowell originally started the thread. The original story doesn't appear to be on Crain's any more.
