Can we at least agree this looks a hell of a lot better than the lame townhouses and suburban style apartment complexes that are all around this area?

Unfortunately, that's all many Detroit area residents know. It gives them warm fuzzy nostalgic feels.

I'm not sure that's the official design. Volume One Studio is the one giving the updates on Instagram and this is their design page

Volume One is for sure doing phase 1, but I'm not sure about the big apartment building in the middle.
