    Unfortunately, that's all many Detroit area residents know. It gives them warm fuzzy nostalgic feels.

    ^ Finally? Detroit has been getting some of the best new urban development for years now.

    I'm not sure that's the official design. Volume One Studio is the one giving the updates on Instagram and this is their design page

    Volume One is for sure doing phase 1, but I'm not sure about the big apartment building in the middle.
