    How do you delete a thread from discuss Detroit?

    I don't think you can if it's been there for more than a day. Contact the admins via message.

    "Laid is played" when it comes to threads. Only moderators can remove a thread. A post within a thread may be deleted or edited by its author within 24 hours of posting. If you have a reason for thinking a thread needs to be removed, use the contact link at the bottom of any page to contact the moderators.

    Also threads that deal with forum operation question should be posted in the Detroit Connections forum as they are not about Detroit. Consequently your thread has been moved there.

    I'm guessing he wanted the "Old Detroit Telephone exchange from 1960s" thread deleted from Discuss Detroit since that's the only thread he's started. Possibly because it contains a personal name?
