Default Elmwood park plaza chene st and e lafayette

Surprised to hear a young coworker decided to move to ELMWOOD PARK PLAZA...apparently Village Green has reinvented the place as market rate and is doing a gut rehab of the apartments as they become vacant. No longer section 8. The cell phone snaps he took look pretty impressive. The shopping plaza looks run down...wonder if a turn around is in the works for that area.

Yeah they sure are, not the prettiest building. But you'll get some nice views. Like you said hopefully they'll redo the plaza.

    Is the "pharmacy" still included?

As a manager for VG, I can say that building is awesome!
