Trump's Speech - Urban Agenda

I have not yet listened to Trump's Congressional Speech, but I read that it contained a lot about urban issues and challenges. Any comments from the DY community? Or is the reaction all President Pruneface v2.0.

Am going to give it a listen later today.

We'll see what happens. Will there be more federal grants to hire p_lice and buy basic equipment? [[as opposed to military-scale ordnance/vehicles)
There needs to be grants for minority entrepreneurs/contractors in federal construction projects. A new WPA and CCC needs to be created.

Why should some entrepreneur/contractors be paid with our tax money to win contracts on price? Where does redistribution stop? We need to spend our money on structural engineering not social engineering so that we end up with the best infrastructure for everybody.

The contractors that don't get a grant pay taxes that pay the grants to contractors that "compete" against them - what a loaded system against free business. It stinks!
