Maybe one day you will see that there is a difference between what you tend to do and "asking questions."
    Since you researched everything all of my comments did you come across the comments that I had made about the slow pace that the Riverwalk was being developed especially since 2013. I was ridiculed for accentuating that money were probably being redirected. What had transpired this past year. Ok. My question is when did the developers realize that they weren't going to meet the December 31st deadline? Was it known during the topping off ceremony or when the last panel of glass was install on the top north side of the building? Barton Marlow may not be the blame. The city's building inspectors maybe slow coming around to give their approval to go to the next phase in the development. I don't have a dog in this fight. It doesn't effect me unless my tax dollars are being used to help fund it. True it had only taken the RenCen only 4 years to be developed and that's only the 5 towers along with setbacks that came with building it.

    This is why I just laugh at conspiracy theorists. You didn't predict embezzlement, you just said money was being redirected in the most vague way. You had no idea, you gave that as the reason things were taking a long time instead of the complexity of the riverfront project near Belle Isle. And that is the rub, you are in the ballpark on one thing [[not really), and now you act like you're some Nostradamus while ignoring every other time you have said something similar on here and nothing ever came of it. Alex Jones said truthful things every once in a blue moon. It doesn't mean he's a logical thinker and not an absolute crackpot.

    @stasu/southen…

    Okay, I say this as a self-appointed honorary Detroiter…

    We all want the Hudson block to be successful, but we all need to dolly back and wait til the real dust settles before making any 911 calls for now.

    I didn't want to say directly that money were being embezzled especially on this site. I am not some type of prophet. I look at past patterns especially in the city of Detroit which are easy to point out. Only one remaining strip of the shell of the Hudson tower that need windows installed and then an extension of the deadline and more money is needed to complete it. What had happened to the smaller crane that was to be used for the installation of the windows for that side? I am not blaming the workers whom are working on the project. However, in the past 10 years projects in Detroit had either been canceled or taken much longer than expected to complete

    The crain and buck jack were attached to the building in the area that the glass isn't instaled, it couldn't be used to install glass to areas that are blocked by other things...
