Gilbert knows what he is doing by selecting the type of retail that will go into the Block. These two stores are not going to take up that much of space in the building leaving room for a few more stores to open. Downtown need a computer supply store being that there's not one with city limits that sell computers or computer accessories. We haven't heard any updates from Apple

Chic-fil-A is coming to Gilberttown Detroit. At the National Bank Building at Cadillac Sq. That will create more foot traffic much more the next Apple Store.

I live in the Toronto burbs and didn't even hear about this 85 story building until seeing this. There's probably still a market for luxury condos but the rest of the Toronto condo mkt. has totally tanked.
