Curbed Detroit has a nice all-in-one listing of major Detroit residential developments either underway or in advanced planning with images/renderings of each and locations.

It is simply astonishing what is happening. Mind you, almost all are within the city core 'Green Zone' but, justice issues aside, this is clearly good for the City of Detroit. Remember the days when just one of these announcement would create great excitement? Now it's difficult to keep track of them all.

everything in harmonie park.....ahm "paradise valley"
state fair grounds - gateway marketplace was a high end open-air mall which is now a strip mall aka current version of bel-air center
