This 74-year-old mayor has cooked his goose. Fouts seems to be suffering from senility – hardening of the arteries.
Way Beyond Hateful.
The only person that should be "Kevorkianed" is the intolerant, ignorant pig that made the comments. With the exception of the Nazi's, I have never heard of anyone suggesting euthanasia for individuals that have special needs.

Wow, he is absolute toast and needs to go! First off he made the comments, waxing on. Then said it's not his voice. So as the voice forensics go forth he'll be a liar too!?

Mayor Fouts is on a local radio station and it'll be interesting to see what DAMAGE control he'll mangle and rangle there. They'll probably have to let him go too.

I've had personal interactions with him in the past. He's a horrible, intolerant, ego-maniac.

I can't believe that his secretary's lady parts can be rented by this relic for her 72K salary [[they've been caught in Chicago holding hands).

Fouts' comments about people with special needs are disgusting. He's a vile irredeemable excuse for a person.

Our President-elect makes fun of the handicapped too, and unlike Fouts, proudly does so in a public manner.

So while I find Fouts to be a vile and embarrassing character, and an embodiment of Pure Michisippi, I can't see why anyone would get worked up about private speech that is far less offensive than the public speech of our [[gasp) future commander-in-chief.

Fouts isn't going to lead us into a nuclear holocaust or anything. He's a deplorable Macomb clown leading an irrelevent town that will be a full-on slum within 15 years.

Has it been proven to be Fouts on the tape? I know it SOUNDS like him, but it's easy to hire an impersonator that can sound like someone without it really being them. Not defending because he does seem to be a weird bird, but are they sure it's actually him or is he being railroaded?

Yes, obviously if a news source has old, liberal columnists, and sells advertising from legal merchants, it doesn't carry any credibility. Duh.

Opinion columns are not actual news but as long as it is backed up with some facts it cannot be completely dismissed. CNN although they were too in the bag for clinton does not go out of their way to make up stories, they jst have their own narrative. NYT has a news section and opinion columns.
