What's the latest with the MCS building in Corktown?

I know this topic has been discussed on and off for years, but can anyone give me an update on what's happening with Matty Maroun's Michigan Central Station?

Last I heard, a full set of new windows was being installed onto the front of the building [[at Roosevelt Park), but that was a few months back....

We're waiting for Manny Maroun to die for progress to move forward.

Nothing and the windows have been in for for almost a year.

On another note, is Riverside Park finished? Has anyone picnicked or fished there this past Summer?

Last I saw windows were done/nearing completion. There seemed to be some lighting inside the top floors last time I drove by in the early morning a few weeks ago, but I haven't been close up to it in awhile.
