Execution is more expensive, at least the way it is implemented in this country.

No punishment is bad enough for this cretin BUT awarding an extra 10 for smiling/smirking illustrates how stupid our "justice" system is when a "judge" can add 10 years based on a personal whim or pique. Why didn't she add 20 or 30 years? What is the law that says it should be 10?

Hah! True in other countries it's fast, swift = to the gallows, or firing squad you go, next!

But I am glad in a way that capital punishment here is red-taped to death [[pardon the pun) as some have been found not guilty during the wait time.

Empty out our prisons of the hard crime illegal felons by deportation might offset some of our penal costs. Though not politically correct... sounds to eh' 'Trumpish'!
