    Default West Elm Boutique Hotel set to open in Midtown

    West Elm is a pretty cool home furnishing company. This will be a very nice fit for that area, I am guessing.

    This is fantastic news - midtown could use a hotel!

    Cass and Canfield is the epicenter of Midtown. This hotel would add more vibrancy to that area and would eliminate an eyesore of a large surface parking lot at the northwest corner of that intersection.
