    Default Commercial Space Availability

Good afternoon forumers. Ive been out and about over the last few months looking for some commercial space to set up a photo studio thats at a minimum of 480 sq/ft and not priced to kill my pocket. I know at this moment downtown is out of the question but would anyone happen to know of any space near downtown, no further north than the boulevard that may be available at a reasonable rate?

    Thanks in advance

Lots of available space in Hamtown, if you willing to venture a mile north of the Blvd. Just don't rent from anybody named Henry Velleman. He probably won't rent to you anyways.

Exposed brick would be great and def a plus, but moreso high ceilings [[at least 10 feet) with some exposed beams, large windows etc etc...
