    Default Detroit Going Solar [[A Beginning)

    It's a step in the right direction. But it looks like we're upgrading a desolate empty field into a desolate fenced off industrial field.

    Seems to be a lot of open space between rows of solar panels. Would be cool if the panels were another 8' off the ground, making the underside a viable picnic structure / sculpture park / flower garden / etc.

    I'm imagining something with a vibe similar to Gas Works Park, but functional as a solar facility.

    I used to live near there. I wonder if rocks will bounce off those panels.
    If stuff can be stolen around that, it will be.
