Billinghurst Apartments

Looks like some demo work was being done today on the old Billinghurst Hotel on Willis. Anyone know if development is going on there?

This was in Crain's in June:

Among Lowell's developments are the 70-unit Forest Arms apartment building, at 4625 Second Ave.; 69 W. Willis St., which is called the Billinghurst; 3962 Second Ave., called the Century; and he is working on a yet-to-be disclosed apartment-condo project in the neighborhood. A Midtown staple is the Traffic Jam & Snugrestaurant, which Lowell owns with his wife, Carolyn Howard.

So I guess that now the the Forest Arms is done, its time to tackle the Billinghurst.
