One of my favorite buildings in the city - this gem around 12400 Gratiot - appeared seriously damaged when I drove by this morning. From what I caught of it, the second story was flattened onto the first. Not sure what happened, but I'd like to know the story of this place. Anyone have any information on this building? Sad to say, but its time to start planning its obituary, because it won't be long for this world now.

Last business there was a tailor's, his rent wemt through the roof and he bailed out. I guess the damage caused the eventual collapse.
