WSU Medical Building on Woodward

There were bulldozers and trucks on the site earlier today moving dirt around. That lot has sat empty for a while. Any updates?

Hopefully the Wayne State physician group building finally gets started on, never thought this project would start this late after the hammer and nail building started being renovated.

Funny thing is that the greater good has already been accomplished. The 12 story Hammer and Nail Building has been saved and is being turned to high density residential [[with spectacular views)... while at the same time the bland 1 story building is now gone. Not sure if the WSU physicians development is going there or not. But the property is prime Woodward frontage property... developer ready!

WSUPG is not building there. That project has been discarded due to a financial crisis. I don't know what's happening there now.
